Once you connect Recharge, Hazel has access to:- Subscriptions — every subscription with status, cadence (weekly, monthly, etc.), pricing, and lifecycle events
- Charges — billing events including successful charges, failed charges, and skipped charges
- Customers — subscriber profiles with payment methods and addresses
- Cancellation reasons — why subscribers cancel, including any comments they leave
- Bundles — bundle subscription structure and item selections
- Status history — how subscriptions change over time (active → paused → cancelled, product swaps, price changes)
How to connect
Find Recharge in the Hazel marketplace and click the + button. You’ll need to paste your Recharge API token. What you’ll need: Your Recharge API token, found in your Recharge admin under API tokens.Example questions you can ask
Once your Recharge data is connected, try questions like these:- “How many active subscriptions do we have?”

- Pair with Shopify to see how subscription revenue compares to one-time purchases.
- Bundle subscriptions are tracked separately — Hazel knows which subscriptions are bundles so your counts stay accurate.
- Subscription status changes (paused, swapped, cancelled) are tracked over time, so you can analyze the full lifecycle.
- Your data refreshes roughly every 6 hours.
