These Terms govern your access to and use of the Services provided by Wilde Data Corporation, including software applications, platforms, and related offerings.

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

OVERVIEW OF THE SERVICES

Wilde Data Corporation provides cloud-based software solutions designed to support data management, analytics, and operational insights for business customers.

The Services may include, without limitation, the following:

Data ingestion, organization, and processing tools;

Integrations with third-party platforms and services;

(c)
Support, maintenance, and related professional services.

Wilde Data Corporation may modify, enhance, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
3.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS AND USE
3.1
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.
3.2
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
3.3
You agree to notify Wilde Data Corporation promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or suspected security breach.
4.
USE RESTRICTIONS
4.1
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Services.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, content, and documentation, are owned by Wilde Data Corporation or its licensors.
5.2
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Services or related intellectual property.
6.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wilde Data Corporation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of the Services.
6.2
Wilde Data Corporation’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Customer for the Services in the applicable period.
7.
TERMINATION
7.1
Wilde Data Corporation may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms.
7.2
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
8.
GOVERNING LAW
8.1
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
